Description
This is a printable Receipt template with editable fields. This PDF is fantastic for customizing your very own Receipt with your specific company's information.
You can edit your company's information at the top (header). You cannot edit the word, "Receipt", "Date" and "Customer". There is an extra space under the address to add additional info. The 2UP on 8.5 x 11" only requires you to edit the fields one time, it will automatically fill in the rest of the fields.
You cannot add type on each of the blank lines, the blue highlighted text/fields that are shown in the thumbnails are the only places you can edit info. There are also light crop marks to help you cut the sheet in half.
All you will need is the latest version of Acrobat Reader (free)
